PATTERN DESIGN AND MARKING

DESIGN. Once the designs are defined, and before starting production, samples or prototypes of what the garments will finally be are made. After the creative expression of the garment, it goes to the pattern room.

PATTERN MAKING & MARKINGS. The production process begins in the pattern room, where the patterns of all the garments are made, as well as the different scales or sizes. This process is done by computer and with specialized programs. The next step is to make the markings, that is, the expression on paper of all the pieces that make up a garment so that they can later be cut.

CUTTING MAKING & QUALITY CONTROL

The cutting system used is one of the latest advances in moving blade technology. Next, the different parts that make up each garment are processed, either in Theresia’s own clothing workshop or in one of the external workshops that manufacture for the company.

Finally, and as the culmination of the productive development within the workshop, the quality control of each article made is carried out. This part of the process includes: supervising the optimal finish of each garment, ironing, bagging and packaging.
